Large Truck Fee
if your order is big enough to require the Large Truck, we charge $65 to cover the cost of diesel for the trip

Gratuity during free drop off or drive through service
When you bring in your items, our staff assists with unloading and sorting. A gratuity of $5 is a great way to show your appreciation for their effort.

Gratuity during free pick up service
Our drivers handle all the heavy lifting when they pick up your items. A tip of $10 helps acknowledge their hard work, and $20 lets them know they did an outstanding job.

Gratuity while paying an invoice
If your employer allows, consider adding a gratuity to your payment. Tipping a similar amount as you would for a competent server is a wonderful way to support our mission.

Cash gratuity
Direct cash tips are always welcome and go straight to the employee, thanking them for their excellent service.
